but it’s “Art and Science” of coffee.

Beginning of ODZ
Hi everyone. My name is Tiger. I am coffee lover and also food engineer. I have a dream, I
want to create some amazing thing for our world.
Once when I start brewing coffee, I always have a question to find out that how is the brewing
factor affect to the chemical and taste in a cup of coffee. I spent a lots of time to study coffee brewing.
I am also a dripper collector. I like a coffee dripper because there have so many shape, material,
texture and color. And it is all effect to the brewing!! So I find out how it is relative together with the
taste of coffee. After tough studied, I understand how’s it work. Finally I want to design a dripper by
myself.
My aim is to create the most beautiful which having scientific design and the most gorgeous
dripper in the world. I use every thing I have learned and put every thing in my life in to this dripper.
ODZ - the sound is pretty similar to ODYSSEY which mean “a long journey of life” as same
as a history of coffee. Coffee journey have been going more than 1000 years. Starting from just an
energy drink, then became an every day drink ,then became a specialty coffee, nows a day coffee is
science. ODZ is the combination of Art and Science like a history of coffee.
