The first time we tasted this coffee, it was obvious we had to take it. The flavor profile of this lot took us back to the wonderfully wild and exciting Natural Ethiopian coffees of the past. What also made us fall in love with this lot is that is produced by one singular producer - Tigest Wako. This is something truly special and unique for Ethiopia, as the majority of coffees from here are larger, factory produced lots from large growing regions. This way, the special characteristics of Tigest’s coffee are able to fully shine on their own, and we cannot be happier to offer this lot to you. A coffee for everyone that enjoys more fruity and complex coffees, incredible as both filter and espresso.
