The team at DAK are very excited to have this washed AB from Kevote Factory. This coffee has tasting notes of gooseberries, rhubarb and dates sweetness. The cherries, grown at elevations of 1400 to 1600 meters in volcanic soils, are primarily SL 28 and SL 34 varieties. They are hand-picked, processed with clean river water, sun-dried, and then milled and stored.
